You can probably try Dr.Divx I've never tried it tough but it should do the job. You dont need much technical knowledge to use it and requires very few inputs from user. I personally use SmartRipper to rip the DVD and VirtualDub to convert it to watever format I need, in this case you get desired output with low file size.

use a Software called
DVD Decryptor for ripping dvds and use AUTO GK for encoding it
