my friend is going to buy a new laptop,he wants core i5 only.

budget is 40K+2k (tolerable).

usually for virtual applications like vmware,and browsing,watching movies(HD)..should have good speed for other applications like video converters also.

fixed spec:
14 ' screen.(not above this).
4 GB DDR3 1333 Mhz,
320 GB 7200 rpm
rest of the config whatever may be

thanks guys for u r suggestions, but i don't want 1 GB graphics, i am not going to play any high end games,just normal HD for watching movies..
i heard that if we get it from dell outlet it will be less and they will give without win 7 and other software's!,only DOS.

if i get it through a dell employee will it be cheaper..?
