Cheapest Android phone is going to be the Samsung 5700 I think? I believe its somewhere at 12.5k . if you like second hand phones then you could probably get a Magic off of ebay for 10k even or maybe evven cheaper if you are willing to bargain a bit.

cant do 12k ...this is going to be my first moblile so i dont want it to be second hand

nokia 5230 is a nice fone...it comes for 7000 approx...touch screen 2 mp camera, music player, fm, 3.5 mm jack, gprs etc all the whistles...
