Benq RL2455HM 1080p

I was planning to buy Benq RL2455HM 1080p monitor for my gaming PC, as it has 1ms [GTG] Response Time.
Its available at 12.7k+5% (VAT). Should I go for it?
If not what are my other options...

The monitor you mentioned above is a TN panel. IPS panel has better viewing angles and more future proof.So I would recommend Dell S2440L 24" LED IPS @ 13500 with 3 years warranty.

Newer Dell monitors use AH-IPS panel but those monitors are glossy monitors and I was looking for a matte finish monitor.
