Interesting project. You can get stuff here in india, but i don't think there would be many online stores. Though buying from outside India, might prove a better option for you. Not sure what others might suggest.

load here means what...¿ max thrust....? max thrust will depend on RPM, material of fan and design of its blade & duct...

max load that it will take will be directly proportional to thrust produced by it.... more thrust=more load....
