Beeping sound from HDD

I have 3 internal SATA hard disks. Out of them sometime beeping sound comes from the 1TB Toshiba hard disk. And at that time it dismounts from the system and I cant see it in 'My Computer'. If I remove and re-connect power and data cable of HDD then it work again for some time ( I don't think there is any loose connection at both side).
After some time problem repeats. I have 450 Watt SMPS. I've also installed ATI HD 6670 graphics card. Please help.

which 450 watt smps- the brand an model? try with another sata cable.
