Battlefield 2

Hello fellow game fans. I'm a hardcore when it coes to Battlefield games such as Battlefield 1942 and Battelfield Vietnam. I was just wondering if anyone here is impatiently waiting for the Realease of Battlefield 2 as I am. 8)

As far as the screenies shown on Gamer.tv go, it looks pretty cool. But they said the console version will be released first. Us PC dudes will've to wait a little longer it seems....

Yes, but the console verison is called Battlefield: Modern Combat and it's toatly different from BF 2. And plus...is comin at the end of next month! I can hardly wait!

lol battelfield is purly multiplayer. its so called singleplayer is also basically multiplayer with loads of bots. i liked 1942 the best. vietnam was not so good.
btw imm wating 4 call of duty 2 over btfld 2.

i heard that they will have a new compression software in battlefield 2 thru which u can play on the internet and still get the ping experience of lan. hope they dont add punkbuster (a anticheating software) present in americas army its a real bandwidth hog and causes big lags.
