Need help!
I have total three PCs.
I want to connect(wired) them all at a time.
I already have a 8 port netgear Switch.
And PC1 have local(LAN bases fixed IP) cable broadband.
Tell me how to connect then all while PC! net is ON.
I want transfer big files from one PC to another.
DC++ will work here ?

1. Connect all the 3PC's to Switch.(Your 1st PC will need two NIC, 1 for broadband and other for LAN)
2. LAN them
3. On PC1, set your internet connection to share.

That's it.

Unfortunately I have only one NIC card(on board gone kaput) at PC1 and I want to share only data not net.

Ok then dump the idea #3 of sharing net. Follow other two intructions. When you'll be using net just unplug the LAN and vice-versa.

But the PC1 already running net with fixed IP.
So.how to set up the IPs for the rest ?
Please tell me in detail I'm noob in networking......

As you have only one NIC, you can't run internet and LAN at same time. Only one of them will work.

I know alliance broadband comes with Fixed IP. Just note them down. You need to set it again when you'll be using net.

And in LAN use 192.168.1.1, .2, .3, .... till you cover all the PC's.
Otherwise just set it to "Obtain address automatically"

Working but data transfer is very slow.
Showing 100Mbps connection.
Is there any way to transfer data faster ?
