Basic bar,numeric keypad phone upto 15k budget

Hi

I'm looking for basic phone for my friend with 15k budget. It should be pure basic phone (Bar phone with typical numeric keypad ) but with the fallowing requirements

1. Excellent Phone Reception
2. Friendly user interface
3. Excellent Battery Life
4. Easy to use keypad for SMS (i.e key press nature)

and nothing else. He is not looking for any feature like camera, bluetooth, wifi, touchscreen etc. He just needs a basic phone with best phone capabilities. He can spend upto 15k but he needs these basic features but with excellent quality

I searched a lot but I'm not sure which one has all 4 qualities. Is Nokia C5 good?

Could anyone in this forum please provide me some inputs?

ask him to check Sony Ericsson Mini Pro (not X10 mini pro). Its UI is userfriendly. Also the QWERTY keypad will make typing easy. Else, Nokia C5-00.
