AxCrypt, truecrypt vs 7 zip which one should i use?

Axcrypt , truecrypt & 7zip all uses aes encryption so which one should i use?
i inclined toward 7zip bcoz it compresses file very well & 7zip file is also supported by other archiver ie winrar, also support aes 256 & works from context menu
i have no intention of encrypting entire hdd or partition just some big files is there any difference between aes of truecrypt & 7zip's aes?
plz help me which one should i prefer.

standard is same i.e.AES encryption only implementation differs from software to software.without going into technical details for practical purposes there is no difference.file compression depends on file types & if the file is already compressed like jpg,iso,packed exe,mp3 etc then no matter what software you use compression will be negligible/very less.

If you are encrypting big files and is not bothered about compression, then truecrypt is recommended. The encryption and decryption is very fast. This will help you in playing even big video files without completely decrypting or extracting the file.
