[Query] AVerTV Volar Go M A833M Stopped Working

My AVerTV Volar Go M A833M tuner card stopped working 2 days ago. I purchased it on 19.02.2011 from lynx-india. I see the product have 2 year warranty on flipkart. How do i get a replacement for this product ? I need to contact lynx-india or any service center for AverMedia in india ?

I guess if it is the tv tuner card which is faulty you need to contact service center for AverMedia and if needed, provide those people with the retail invoice bill from where you purchased it.
