Autoplay instead of Open

actually i got a virus which made my computer very slow and switched off taskmgr ang regedit

now i reformatted it but when i double click on the particular partition in shows that windows cannot find copy.exe

i have installed kaspersky 6
when i right click it shows auto play first then open

i tried mr.vista'z tips but cud not find it how to do

There is a hidden autorun.inf file in the root of every drive which is causing this....delete autorun.inf

I had a similar sort of problem just a month back..and all thanks to the member "theraven" on another forum, i was able to solve it....actually your computer might be affected by the Ravmon virus....heres the link to rectify it...

ok well ur problem is a little bit different than mine i used to get the "open with" dialogue....
