Microsoft is experiencing problems with Windows Live Messenger connectivity worldwide. Users are unable to send or receive messages from some contacts, with messages being bounced back as 'The following message could not be delivered to all recipients'

Whilst many sites are reporting on the problem, the WLM Status page says 'All systems are stable and running'.

Engineers are currently investigating the issue and are working towards a fix.
