ati radeon hd 6790

hey can i use ati radeon hd 6790 with my corsair vs450 watt powersupply.
this smps has two 12 volt rail
12 v1 provides 21A
and 12 v2 provides 18A

my full rig is
intel core i3 540 3.07ghz
6 gb ram 1333mhz
power supply above mentioned
motherboard intel dh55pj
