^^Yes it does, but you cannot use AA and HDR at the same time with a GF 7xxx card though whereas 8600GT is capable of that.

No, don't get the 7900GTX, rather any HD4670 or 9600GT.

U'll be surprised to know than 9600GT can play almost any game at 1024x728 or 1280x800 or 1280x1024 at full settings with 8xAF and 2xAA or 4xAA. So those are much better options really.
