2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Rs.32k,max 36k
3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Not really,may be in future
4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7 ultimate (64 bit)
5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500GB - 1TB ( based on current price,more if budget permits.)
6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: yes, 1920*1080 p full HD LED monitor (for all purpose)
7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: I only need what is essential for work and running games nothing else.
8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within 2 weeks
9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: yes,done before (50 times)
10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Kolkata,Please tell me if its available for much cheaper price can buy online too if not available in the market
11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: This PC is for my brother.My brother is a little bit game oriented.
I already suggested him a config. but need better suggestion from you all ,, guys!!!

My Budget is exceeding.Since it's a budget Rig,I'll be buying what you guys suggest so please pick the best that comes under my budget, and I can upgrade this rig in future after 2 years
