Assembling Basic HTPC for daily use

Right off the assembly line
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Basic Home Theatre PC in which i would like to see HD content, No Gaming, Lots of Surfing, Downloading 15-16hrs daily usage. Software's that i will use - MS Excel ( A lot), MS Word sometimes and Photoshop may be once in 15-20days No hardcore editing work.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Under 18K or may be as less as possible

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:No.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 7 Ultimate

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500Gb is good enough considering my overall budget

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Monitor Not needed already have Benq 20inch LCD monitor

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Monitor, DVD rom dont want to buy

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Immediate basis

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: This is my first time

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Mumbai, planning on buying things online mostly from Flipkart.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I have done some searching and come up with the following Specs, Would like to know from experts here If this is good enough for me or am I missing something.

Thanks for your valuable reply.

I did look at the above mentioned Processor and Mobo combination but then decided against it as that would mean my total PC budget will probable go up by 3K and also the Mobo that i mentioned has HDMI port, plus Amd A6 3650 is a 100 W Maximum Thermal Design Power (TDP) while the one that i am looking at is 65W which does make a difference in power consumption considering I will keep the PC on for almost 15hrs a day.

Considering all these parameters do you think my choice is good?

Vincyhybrid AMD APU have 100 watts TDP because it contains a amd 6xxx series GPU.TDP doesn't mean power consumption
In real world a GPU+CPU will consume more power.
