ASAP- Need a digicam

Hii friends,
My father is gifting me a digicam on my b'day. His budget is around 13k +-2k.
I want a good cam.Megapixels dont matter even 8 will be good for me. I prefer (DSLR type) high optical zoom, good video recording.
We usually go to hill stations,beaches and natural parks (requires high speed photography) etc. Sine he's going to Delhi day after tomorrow, plz hurry.

I can give u 3 choice at ur budget

1. Nikon L110...it have 15x zoom and 720p video recording but no manual settings

2. canon SX120IS...10x zoom have full manual control...vga video recording

3. Fujifilm S2500HD ...18x zoom 720p recording...full manual control...cost 2k more then other 2...poor performer then other 2

the least price on internet what i have seen for HX1 is 23k...I dont think u can anyway get it for 17-18k

Actually, 3-4 years back, my father got sony H7 for 17k which was available on the net for 25k.........so i was hoping the case would be same
