Any news about 'Sofia' & 'Maria' ?!

Started as a rumour 2 months back,I don't know the present status of most expected mobiles from SE:

SE K850i (codenamed 'Sofia'): 5MP cam,CCD (Not CMOS),Xenon flash,

Walkman v3.0 player plus regular etc.,


SE M610i (Codenamed 'Maria'): 3.2MP cam,Symbian UIQ3.1,3G & ultimate

messaging device.


Any further news about these,kindly share here!!!!
