any cool replacement shells for XP?

are there any good or cool shells for XP?
i have become bored of simply changing themes.same old start button, same old taskbar.

also, are there any 3d ones?

also i would like those which i could customise to my heart's content.

i had used aston shell in 98/ME. but i was a newbie then. is it good? and stable in XP?

The best i know is the Talisman Desktop.
But the fastest & lightest I know is definitely Aston.
