Android Vs Windows [HELP]

Hey there !
Please help me buying a phone,
I have listed out HTC One V and Nokia lumia 800 (Just a Rough idea) ,
Actually my sister is buying it ..so she does not wants
much but just a non laggy phone with decent looks ,nice camera
and most importantly good and simple user interface.
Basicly she wants to know which interface is better
Windows or Android...and Why ?
You can suggest some other phone too ...

If she is not much into apps and games and just want a simple and decent interface with a good camera then Lumia 800 is the best option for her

Go for Android !! .. Also Nokia's touch is not as effective after a few months

But there are a lot of fun simple apps on Android that people will really like. Played this game yesterday on the Sony LWW , there was this candle , you have to balance it ( Phone's accelometer ) when it dropped showed a pic of a nuclear blast or something. . really simple looking , very few textures , simple sounds , still , really funny .

Android has tons of Apps one definitely finds many to their liking in time.

I always favored android but she still bought Lumia 800 ...

^^Wise choice indeed!
I am an android user and the whole app madness is meaningless.
Android is only about quantity of apps...most are useless.
I am yet to find a single decent medical app in Android market.

Anyway, good luck finding any such app on WP7.

@Tejas.Gupta: Good choice indeed. If WP7 were to be considered, Lumia is the way to go.
