Android SDK issue(s)

Guys, I'm having some issues with the Android software that came with the Omega CD (Jan' 13 issue)..
I extracted the ADTBundle file to a folder and tried opening 'SDK Manager', but it won't open...
It flashes an error message:"The system cannot find the file specified".
I've got the the other necessary software i.e; Eclipse and JDK..
What to do?

1. In Eclipse goto > Help > Install New Software > From Archive > Type ADT in the name and browse to the ADT Zip file > Check Developer tools (Uncheck NDT) > click next > Accept > Install and restart Eclipse.

2. In Eclipse goto > Windows > Preferences > Android > Browse to the place where you have your SDK copied > Apply > Ok.
