Although Mandriva's chief letter seemed as childish,Ballmer's reaction was very hilarious.." Microsoft value customers freedom of choice" is 21th century best comedy dialague and should he have nominated for Oscar awards for best comedian (don't know whether the Oscar committee is seriously taking my recommendation)..

In linux world Mandriva is not actually lovable lot.. many considered it is another commercial vendor using Linux such as Xandros and linspire..

But the nigerian scam just sparked the international outrageous, in many of the web sites debates are hotly discussed, so it is a big face loss for M$..
Perhaps if Mandriva chief wrote some cool and saner letter to Ballmer, the outcry may not be very big as such.. And the Nigerian scam-Part -II wouln't come to notice to many.. Also the previous Nigerian scam involving million dollars with connection pointed to M$ wouldn't comeout from the burial ground.. with so many skelton from the M$ cupboard openly come down
So if the letter is stupid so be it..

Apple is busy in showing Windows in bad light so much that they are forgetting to explain whatz good in Mac! That's the reason Nigerian Government went for Windows. Steve might have given a big lecturer on Windows flaws than explaining what Mac is capable of?

Mandrake was borne out of bankrupted company Mandrake soft, and bootedout the founder Dual, struggling financially, just come out of red, and got the small contract, but cobbled by biggest shark M$, this factor has contributed to this extreme measure..
In business it is usual that a rival who just lost a deal, call the winner,congrats him, but promise to win the next one..had the deal is not made, and the shipments are not made, then M$ has some valid point to undercut the deal, but in the present case, the deal has already concluded and the shipments has made, so the next course open to M$ is they may look for the next deal from nigerians and win it.

"Do Microsoft always eat its young one?"

The cry of mandriva's chief is quoted repeately round many discussion form!!
