Iam need to replace my old pc so i need pc that is vista ready and can take heavy task

love playing nfs mw ...
Video editing etc...

need a mobo that has Agp slot, if possible suits P dc2 too or an equalent amd processor
sata slots are needed ..

please help me to pair amd and p4 processors with mobos

20k for what? Processor+RAM+mobo ? or for processor+mobo+ram+gfx card.

1.Processor Athlon 3500+ -> 5000/-
2.Mobo Asus A8N -E -> 4500/-
3.512MB*2= 1GB RAM -> 5500/-
4.xfx 7600Gs -> 6000/-
