AMD Processor FAN Problem

I have bought very new AMD64 3000+(939 socket) processor.
MSI RS480M2-IL motherboard.

In that processor Fan speed is very slow.

I checked with PC Alert 4.0 software. (It is comming with motherboard)

Processor Fan speed is = 1350-1450 RPM only.
CPU Temp is = 45-50.

There is no Air flow comming from processor fan.

Can i continue this or i have to change the processor or what i have to do?

Please tell me immediage suggestions.

are u having any problems with the system....like the system is getting freezed and u need to restart kya??


coz if it is too hot the system will freeze with in one hour...if thats the case shut down it and call for assistance...dont wait...and dont do like somebody else said in the forum like reset the pc when ever needed

There is an option in the bios for quiet n cool. Disable it and ur faan speed should go above 5500 RPM.
