amd phenom ii x 6 and core i5 2500k
and need cheapest and bst mobo suggestion for both..............

^^ Get the i5 2500k. Its a no brainer. Current phenom 2 x6 cpu's doesn't make any sense to buy anymore.

Already 2 topics with same topic name and Content.............Look before opening new ones. and even i5 2400 beats any AMD Phenom II produced till date. i5 2500k owns them even more.

Get an i5 and MSI H61M-E23-B3 board for 3.4k if you dont need to overclock or a full ATX mobo.

What is the purpose ?? Gaming or Some development activities or Highly Threaded applications ????

^^ i need to use applications like 3ds max ,revit,cad,stad,etc and gaming,watching movies .......
i like to play eveen cod,crysis,dirt3,etc.........

As people have already said, no brainer. i5-2500K much better.
