U r infected by virus/spywares. Download "HijackThis" from *www.hijackthis.de/ and scan ur system with it. Then post the log file contents here. :)

Boot into Safe Mode by pressing F8 key and then scan again using HijackThis and fix following entries:

Code:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\SSVICHOSST.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxtray.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\hkcmd.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\igfxpers.exe

Fixing these entries will make ur system safe and fast. U can also fix all those "Acer" related services, if u don't use them.

Sixth sense? ;) It comes with experience buddy. :) Those entries seemed suspicious to me and I suggested to fix them.
U can also take help of "HijackThis" online scanning at their site. ;)
