On the home page, we see the headlines are broken into categories such as celebrities, gaming, politics, Mixed Martial Arts(!)...; each category linking to a page that pulls in blog feeds.
According to Guy Kawasaki (the brain behind Truemors... true rumors... dumbo.... & one of the makers of AllTop, alongwith Will Mayall and Kathryn Henkens), it is an online magazine rack. Summed up, he states that it is a news aggregation site that provides all the top stories for 40 of the most popular topics on the Web.
