PSU is the culprit out here. Get a decent PSU & it should have no issues. Act quickly before you end up blowing one of your components.

Right off the assembly line
Calculate ur PC power and find it out urself what PSU power u need.

else

u can go for Corsair VX450, without any ifs or buts

yes I calculate & it shows I need 300watt..so now I am sure for me 500watt is more than enough..I cant take corsair as it's costly......

then he can spend on Corsair VX450 too. you really can never determine what is enough.
Even Coolermaster 460W is good enough for his rig.
He has already bought a new card. So I do not think he would go for any HD4850 or HD4870, any next upgrade for him would be whole rig change.
Only upgrade which is possible for him would be he starts adding HDDs, and they would easily hold 2-3 HDDs.

@ acewin

yes u r right I already did a lot of change in this PC...so there is no furthur change except a 250GB HDD..but that will be external..I will take a whole brand new totally highly configured machine in the mid of 2010 after Windows 7 launching...till then it is enough for me...

well if that be the case, then you should decide how on the upgrade would you go.
A Corsair product has very long lifetime and warranty. ANd I will second hellgate(when it matters to upgrade alot many things count).

But if you would like to keep in this system for just browsing and all then 460W or 500W PSU is more than enough, and you will be buying one again
