All In One Printer below 16k

Can anyone suggest all-in-one printer below 16k ?

I want Fax, Scanner and Printer.

Hi all in one for 16k is fine but are you going to take black more or color. If hp you need to shed out more money for cartridges.

It is for office use, print some tax related docs and submit to govt. So no color needed. It is better to get laser printer ?

2. Whats the expected prints PM.
3. Do you need fax feature.
4. Do you need AF feature.

NO, this is for a small office with 2 computers. So just normal connection will do.

Mostly excel docs, ms word docs. Not any images or photos.

3. Do you need fax feature.

Yes. It is a requirement for the office, won't get much fax.

4. Do you need AF feature.

This is Auto Feed ? Printing on role of paper (paper with holes on side). Don't need this. Most docs are printed on A4 paper.

5. Does it matter on size.

No. Only price and features. Printer, Scanner and FAX. Any other features like copier is not important.

a) If you don't want FAX, go for a Samsung available for 8K (Model number I don't remember).
b) If you are going for HP, ask about the Wifi option. It will help for 2 computers too, (provided you are using Wifi in office). With Wifi you can keep the printer in a central location in office, and everyone can print to it happily, without printer being close to computer.

If you don't need colour, always go for Laser. Always.
