Al Jazeera on any major DTH providers in India?

While browsing The Hindu site i came to know that Al Jazeera International English News Channel has been granted the downlink license by IB Ministry in December, 2010.

Does the DTH providers added this Free-To-Air channel in their list?

It was given license to broadcast in India and it did but it seems it is off again
