Airtel GPRS Havoc!

In Bihar n Jharkhand Airtel gprs is choice for many. Here Dataone are still to come at many place.

On 6th-7th May there was fault in Easy Recharge. It did worked for little more than one day.
After that Gprs is working too slow. Its only works during 2am to 5:30am.
During other time just chatting is possible. Not a single site can be opened fully, even google.

Customer care are blocking one by one who is complaining. Need to say what they reply?.
There were many temporarly problem earliar, but none were so long and pathetic as this.
Airtel infrastructure is very bad here, no well offices or personals.

So, what can be done. People here are wasting Rs 249/- + Service tax per month on Airtel brand mobile office(MO).

I am searching where to complain. Will complaining to TRAI will help.
Quick suggestions are needed as many people are affected.

I've been to kolkata couple of weeks back. The custome care service is so pathetic there. you can not call CC more than 5 times in a day, 30 times in a month. Can you believe this?

just search in AIRTEL website for your area's nodal officer, mail him or call him, you will get response from him.

Customer care are blocking one by one who is complaining

What exactly this means? Off lately when I am trying to reach airtel customer representative over mobile, I get an auto message that I should send SMS to the customer care number & then the call disconnects. Then if I send SMS to them, their reply is to contact customer care representative!!
I had contacted them earlier a few times regarding slow GPRS speed and frequent drop outs during data transfers. Now this is the kind of response I get.
