Please suggest me some good AGP based graphics cards which are not much costly, say in the budget of 2k - 3k.

I don't think you might get something respectable in this price range. AGP cards are costly due to their limited supply.

The only place that you will get AGP cards now in www.techshop.in. They are expensive. But the point is its not worth buying. A simple waste of money.
