Sony Xperia Ion getting for Rs. 21,900 at ebay
Sony Xperia S gettting for Rs. 20,200 at ebay
Samsung s3 mini not sure to buy (not launched yet in india) getting for Rs. 19,600 at ebay

Rather get Xperia SL with warranty for around 26k and with that you can get a mobile for free worth 2-2.5k if you buy it from ebay

Thanks @aroraanant for reply, bought Xperia sl at the beginning of last month for about 25k from flipkart and so far I am really satisfied with it.
