Personally, I wont recommend the Asrock mobo. Opt for either Asus p8z77-vlx or p8z77-m pro.
I doubt anyone here would suggest the WD green hdd. Prefer WD blue or above.
Rest all is good to go.

You have i5-2500K as the processor, so its obvious that you will overclock, so the AsRock Extreme4 will completely suit you over AsRock Pro4 as it has 8 + 4 phases and Gold Capacitors which will provide effiecient delivery of power to the socket and thus to the CPU.

Now, because of power delivery, get a G.Skill RipjawsX (4 GB x 1) and OC it hard too.

For GPU, get a HD 7850 or a HD 7870 paying a few bucks more.

GTX 670 is also a worthy option for gaming.

And can I get a good gaming standard keyboard for rs 500

In the zone
that gtx 560ti and i5 look a tad to expensive
a gtx 560 ti (normally) costs about 13k and i got an i5 2500 @ 11000 last year in may at launch date
a unlocked processor costs 0.5k more and should theoretically cost 11.5k
