Advice on buying a new smartphone.

Hi, I want to buy a new smartphone. My budget is around 23,000 INR. I had a look at nokia lumia 800 and blackberry torch 9860. Please suggest, is my money worth to buy any one these or i should try any other company or a different operating system. Please dont suggest any Symbian OS as it is outdated. Any OS will work (Android, Windows, Blackberry). Tell me if there is any other phone which has good features than the above mentioned. I heard Samsung and HTC are also very good manufacturers... Suggest suggest if any phone is worth my money.

nokia and blackberry not worth it...go for sensation

Only go for blackberry if you want push mail or if your friends have it too and you want to BBM with them. Lumia 800 is quite good go for it.

HTC Sensation for 22-23k is the best option I think
