Access Local Webpage from the Internet

Broken In
There is a webpage at *10.0.0.2:80 (This webpage is generated by an application on demand) that I need to access from the Internet.
I have already done the following:

Forwarded port 80 in my Modem - Beetel 220 (NAT --> Virtual Servers)
Forwarded port 80 in my Netgear Wireless Router (Port Forwarding)
Added the port to Zone in Bitdfender 2012
Tested the port is in OPEN Status
Registered in no-ip.com
Assigned a Domain for my Public IP Address:port (e.g. *myip.domain.com which redirects to my public ip:my open port)

But I am still not able to access the webpage.

I tried other ports as well like 8080, 8090.

Did I miss something? Please help.

OS - Win7 (X64)
ISP - Airtel Dynamic IP - Yes, I have installed no-ip software to help me with this as well.

Got a whack on head!
Now you have to try using the external ip of your connection. You can find your external ip by this search.
Then type your ip in anybrowser.
Now your site should open now.

As Kev.Ved said 10.x.x.x is private IP address. you cant access your pc by using that ip address out of your network.
So get your WAN ip a.k.a External Ip and try.
Also check your firewall configuration for incoming connections.
