how change the "Welcome note" to your own image or text string (and it gets displayed after the Nokia hands video & tune) in the phone settings.
I have nokia 3500 classic. S40 series

Its not possible in s40 , yes but its possible in s60 v2 and v3 (n70 n73 etc)

so if you want for s60v2/v3 i can provide
