about internet explorer

whenever i wish to open a html file in internet explorer it shows an error saying "a run time error has occured. do you wish to debug?"
whats wrong with it..........how can i rectify it?

This happens due to badly written script. I suggest you to use Opera or Firefox.

Looks like a virus is doing this mischief!! Scan your PC with good antivirus. See if that
helps. You can FireFox or Opera browser in the mean time.

try this :
open ie> ie options>advanced>tick disable scipt debugging, untick display notification about every script.

if any of the abv doesnt help try reinstalling the IE.
