just do it as usual as for *

just right ftp:// and then site name.

you may require to login depends on site u r opening

Go to Internet Options (either thru Control panel or through IE itself). In Advanced Tab, under "Browsing" subheading, ensure that "Enable folder view for FTP sites" is enabled.
