abit ip35 or msi neo 945

guys i am in dilemma in choosing motherboard.the proccy ill be using is c2d 7300.can u suggest any motherboard in the range 6k?

dont go for older chipset 945
Abit ip35e is vry good ,another option is MSI P35 Neo2-FR both r at 5.5k

If u r planning to change the processor within 1~1.5 yrs go for the new p45 based one.
