1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:well all the new games like crysis 3 , gta V , battlefield 3 and all will also use for internet browsing and a little 3d rendering .

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:my budget is no more than 65k so pls consider it . may be i can extent to 70k but only if really required .

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:Yes,definitely

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:windows 8. but ill buy later for now win 7 is sufficient.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:1 TB-2TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:well , i want to buy a monitor and i should be around .....23-24 inch

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Speaker,UPS,Keyboard and mouse

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:March 2013.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:by me only though im just 14 year's old buy can do myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: I live in delhi and ill be buying most probably from nehru place .. or maybe from FK.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: i would like to say that im in serach of a future proof config for around 5 years. i want the most lower prices for my rig and i can it from Nehru Place.
i have selected one monitor DELL S2240L which is @9100 on SMC and i wont be changing it but i can i u may convince me and maybe i cant get 2 more monitors after wards for multi-monitor setup.
i want a cheap but branded cabby !
and the GPU will remain same as HD 7850 @13290 from Cost2cost
im thinking to buy all the remaining high end componets so pls suggest them !

Its too early to start a thread for purchasing in march.

If you stick to the single 7850, the monitor is also good to go.
If you plan on CFing, mention that.
Change answers to Q6 & Q7 accordingly.

PS: There is no such thing as 'future proof' atleast not for 5 years.

well i dont have hd 7850 but that what i want ill be upgrading to multi monitos in futuer and will also change the GPU later on so what im asking is that the monitor here which i ve mentioned is good for gaming and multi monitor setup?

Man! You're 14 so, try concentrating on your studies for now. This is high time now as this is almost the end of the academic session, and this excitement of buying a computer, might negatively impact your results, I'll suggest, try doing away with this idea till march end.

cpu-mental maths
gpu-physics
ram-chemistry
monitor-english
and rest your choice....

on a serious note this rig suggested by cilus is great
AMD FX-8350 (8 Core, 4GHz, unlocked Multiplier, 8MB L2 + 8MB L3 Cache) @ 12.5K
Asus sabertooth990fx @ 15K
Kingston HyperX Blue 8GB X 1 1600 MHz DDR3 @ 3.2K
Seagate BARRACUDA ST2000DM001 2TB 7200 RPM HDD (Sata 6 Gbps, 64MB Cache) @5.9K
NZXT Source 210 Elite Cabinet @ 2.6K (Theitwares.com)
Corsair CX600 V2 PSU @ 4K
Sapphire HD 7950 2GB GDDR5 @ 21K (vedant Computer, Kolkata)
Logitech MK200 Keyboard & Mouse Combination @ 0.5K
Asus Black 24X DVD R/W @ 1K
AOC LED 22" (I-2251FWE) IPS panel (1920x1080 LED) @ 8.2K
APC 1.1 KVA UPS @ 4.7K

prices mentioned over here are a touch to high if you buy locally it'll cost aroud 70-75k but its a beast in the future you can ad multi monitors and the board + cpu is perfect for oc's the gpu has a lot of vram for m-monitor setup..

change the aoc to samsung and check the response time 2-5 mili is good...for me its strictly 2ms....also cabinet are personal preferences...and atleast get a 850 psu for the future

since you have the ups...you can reduce the budget aswell

and sapphire 7950 is around 21k so the ups money goes into the gpu

also remember to get your system before the results are out trust me it helps

Guys, there is no point of suggesting now, he is going to make the purchase in March. After 2 Months, the prices will vary greatly and there might be newer components available.
