ok... i have decided to get my machine in 2nd week of march... finally i am willing to get Q6600, 8gb (4 * 2 gb DDR2 Ram from Corsiar), cooler master cabinet and smps (500w).. just am confused with the graphic card and motherboard...

i have a total budget of around 40 50k for ram... mobo.. processor.. cabinet and agp... if it demand more i can give that... but i need a good machine for 3d... and also which will serve me for atleast for 2-3 yrs...

for ram... i saw 1066mhz ram are way too expensive so thought of 800 mhz 8gb

nw my knowledge of animation is limited and afaik rendering depends more on GPU speed and processor and it does not consume 8gb ram.4gb ram will be enough if its a good one.and u will be able to overclock it to 1000mhz easily .i've got 4 GSkill FS 6400 *www.gskill.com/en/f2-6400phu2-hz.html (cost=14000 for 4 gb) running at 1100mhz and even 2gb of that ram is faster than 4gb kingston value 800 -- i have personal experience with it.
