Microtek 1kVA/800Watts can handle your config.Can't say about its battery rating.Surge protectors won't be as good as APC's.
APC RS 550 can provide AC power up to 330Watts.For normal usage it would be able to give back-up.
Under high load the DC power requirement of your system alone can be over 300Watts.Add overclocking to that it can go well over 350Watts.
AC power requirement would be more.You can opt for APC 1.1kVA/660Watts.

OCing is in the menu, but not immediately.
Best to stick with APC.
