58k gaming rig advice

Hi all
my friend need to build a new gaming rig
firstly I would like to make it clear that he has never done something similar to this. So will he be able to make the rig

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:AC series, BF series, nfs, Crysis 3 if possible.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:budget is 58k but can extend uto 63k at max

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:yes

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:WIN 7 or 8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:1 TB or more

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:NO will need a new monitor has 5 years old lg monitor.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:keyboard and mouse

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:in 1 month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:no never built but would like to build by myself

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:eek:pen to online or Delhi where ever I can find less price.

OP, if you can, cut down the UPS, speakers and OPD for the time being( If you can try to scavenge from old PC), You will save enough money to buy yourself a 7950 Vapor-X w/boost. Which will let you play games more smoothly i.e. more fps and you ill be slightly future proof. And if you really want OPD or speakers, buy 4gbb of ram and upgrade later when you get some cash, as you are just gaming (correct me if im wrong). I suggest doing so...

Yes I have ups and 2.1 speakers so I also think that for the time being I can manage with them upgrade them when I have enough cash.
