I need some help with this rig guys. I'm gonna build it next month. I mean, not build it myself, but it will be done by an assembler.
I already chose the components and checked out the prices from flipkart. All I wanna know is will these components kinda 'fit-in' with each other? I mean, will they be compatible with each other? If not, tell me which component i have to change. Thanx in advance for any help.
Here are the components:
1)Cabinet- Cooler master elite 311 mid tower cabinet
2)PSU- cooler master thunder 500w psu
3) MoBo- Asrock z77 extreme4
4) Processor- i5 3570k 3.4 GHz
5) RAM- G-skill RipJaw 4gb x 2
6)HDD- WD caviar green 1TB
7) HP DVD 1260I
8) GPU - Sapphire HD7850 2GB

that's all. According to my calculation, these components would net to around 53k.
Also, am i missing some component? If i am, please point out...

+1 config

if no use of UPS, skip and get a Vapor-X 7950 for 21.5k

Well suggesations from my side

get i5 3450 for processor, b75 mobo and then a wd caviar black/toshiba hdd and gpu like 7870.....

also smps like corsair cx430 / tx 650 will do good. Not sure abt that smps(cooler master {not sure abt exact model} are shunned around for bad build {not sure if this model but stick with corsair})

@ Cilus is that model of 7850 better than 7870??

In the rig suggested by Cilus the 7850 LE is a typo. Its a 7870 LE(XT).
Corsair 430w is ok for a locked cpu and the 7870. 500w is safety, providing headroom for OCing and further addition.

that's a damn good config. Thanx cilus and noasarcangel.
But i'm thinking about buying everything from flipkart, and the nzxt cabinet is not available...
So, can you tell me another good cabinet that's available on flipkart?
And, will i need any extra fans for the cabinet that you suggest?
Thanx for the help.

May not be a good idea to spend more than the market price in FK.

If you are looking for online purchase, you have other trustable sites like MDComputers.in (based out of Kolkatta), PrimeABGB.com (pune) etc which provide a very competitve and reasonable pricing compared to FK. FK has mostly overpriced all the electronic products except HDD's (maybe)

Wait for people to throw you some insight on this.

Try getting the components from else where. Flipkart is a ripoff when it Computer components. Stick with the i5 3470 and try and fit in a HD7950.
