3g sim pocket wifi router

hey guys
i am having google nexus 7 1st genration wifi only tablet
my problem is that everywhere i cannot get wifi network so i want a pocket wifi router where i can insert my sim card(idea) and put it in my pocket and then it will give wifi network that i can use on my tablet

I have a 1st gen wifi only 16 gb Nexus 7.
