Yes there is a lot of FHD over HD.
There will be a lot of difference in the PQ of both LED and LCD.

I don't feel any difference between HD Ready and Full HD for 6 feet.They are noticeable for 42 inch and above or if you use tv as monitor.
You can audition it yourself.but if you are getting HD Ready and Full HD for similar price it is wiser to get full HD.
