32 bit or 64 bit?

guys im facing yet anothr problem...

when i have a choice for the version of a software to download and install ive manier times found a choice sayin 32 bit or 64 bit...for the same software

which shud i go for...as both have winxp written next to thm...im confused..

right click on my computer-->properties

then see if its 32bit or 64bit version. then use the softwares according to that!

Generally the people have WinXP 32bit

rarely for some special purpose people install WinXP64bit

so if you are General User than go for 32bit
