my brother wants a different graphic card......budget = ~13k....what about 750ti

This GPU is equal to HD7850 2GB.OK.

If at all any future games utilise more than 4 cores then a 6 core CPU might be needed and also it can further be overclocked but Intel is faster per core than AMD.In my opinion i3 4130 is best for you added with GTX650Ti Boost 2GB GPU for the next 2 years to play games at low-med settings.

^why not the R7 265? Since they are about the same price and it performs almost equal to the gtx 660.

Bavusami, do a little research before suggesting. You are suggesting 650 Ti Boost over R7 265....don't know why? DOn't mix up things.

And regarding gaming performance, would you please check the performance of FX-6300 in games like Crysis 3, Hitman Absolution, Tomb Raider against any i3 and you will get the idea why I have suggested FX-6300 over the dual Core i3.

Another thing, for gaming, I would suggest to get a gaming mouse with high DPI. Logitech M6811 @ 700 bucks is a perfect choice for it. It is a laser mouse with 1800 DPI and 5 programmable button.
